As an editor I develop stories. As a writer I curate stories. As a filmmaker I bring stories to life.
My journey began in Statistics, meandered through Supply Chain Management and finally made it over multiple hills, valleys and rivers to Professional Writing with a minor in Documentary Production. And while it was not an easy path to travel, it was rich in experiences.

On Editing Film and Video:
Video editing is about utilizing recorded sound, visuals, music, narration and much more to immerse a viewer into a story. It is thrilling to brainstorm a topic, analyze my audience and produce a video or film that drives a conversation or takes a new look at something familiar.
On Writing:
I treat writing in the same way I treat my video projects. When I sit down to transcribe an experience, I ask questions, research related topics, analyze my audience and draft content that relates to arts, cultures and communities.
